1. Shipping Information

When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is 7–20 business days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you. This allows us to save on storage and shipping costs, enabling us to offer products at a lower price while covering standard shipping costs.

My expected delivery date has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. Occasionally, delays can occur during shipping. If your order has not arrived 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@syavana.com

2. Returns & Refunds

At Syavana, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order or product, we want to hear from you so we can assist you.

Return Policy:

  • Orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned package.

Return Process:

  1. Request your personal return form by emailing support@syavana.com

  2. Send your order back along with the completed return form to the address provided. Always use a Track & Trace code, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment.

  3. Once we receive your returned package, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact support@syavana.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
