4.6 Standard delivery times are 7–20 business days, subject to variation.
4.7 Products are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). You are the importer of record and responsible for customs duties and taxes.

5. Cancellations and Changes

5.2 Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Returns may be requested under our Returns Policy.
5.3 Refunds prior to shipment are only available within 24 hours after placing the order.
